The legendary manga and anime series One Piece is partnering with Nike for a special Air Max Plus collection, slated for a Fall 2026 release—a major moment for both names.
While official images haven’t surfaced yet, Sneaker Files reports the collection will feature three sneaker designs inspired by the series’ Devil Fruits, the mystical fruits that grant unique abilities. The designs are rumoured to reference the Gomu Gomu, Mera Mera, and Ope Ope Fruits. Apparel is also expected to accompany the drop.

Since its debut in 1997, with the anime following in 1999, One Piece has grown into a worldwide sensation, boasting over half a billion copies in circulation. Over twenty years later, with more than 1,000 manga chapters, 1,000 anime episodes, and 15 films, the series remains one of the most influential and celebrated franchises globally.
Though One Piece has had a brief but notable history in footwear—collaborating with Vans in 2022, PUMA in 2024, and most recently Crocs earlier this year—a partnership with Nike elevates the collaboration to a new level of cultural significance. Pairing the franchise with the Air Max Plus, one of Nike’s most iconic silhouettes, sets the stage for a highly anticipated release.
The One Piece x Nike Air Max Plus “Devil Fruits” collection is expected to drop in Fall 2026, likely between July and September. More information will be shared as details emerge.
