Refunds / Exchanges are only allowed if -
- You receive the wrong product
- Your shoes arrive defective/damaged
Due to the nature of our store in regards to the rare/discontinued products we sell, We do not accept returns due to change of mind or wrong sizing.
We recommend that once you receive your purchase to look over it thoroughly because once the pair is worn we cant accept a return.
Return Process
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it - Brand new/Unworn & in its original box.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@sneakaus.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Cancelling Your Order
If you have made a mistake when first purchasing your order, We can happily cancel/adjust your order ONLY if it has not been shipped out yet. Please make sure to get in contact ASAP if this is the case.
Note: We do not provide any refunds, so please choose your item with care.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Australia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected and buyer must pay the return shipping label
For all returns please make sure the product is protected to deter any damages that may come with transit, any damages to the packaging or box may result in the return being denied, please make sure to include tracking to be able to keep a record as we are not responsible for any items that are damaged or list in transit.

Damages and Issues
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
