RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase we currently offer an exchange or store credit where the value will be determined by the value of the item purchased.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are ONLY accepted within 14 days of receipt. Once the item has been returned, you will be entitled to a choice of an exchange or store credit to the value of the products you have purchased which will not include any shipping or handling fees. A return will not be processed for any items that appear to be worn or used or not in original condition in which it was sent and which then will be returned back to you at you own cost.

Note: We do not provide any refunds, so please choose your item with care.


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your receipt to request a return.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Australia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

For all returns please make sure the product is protected to deter any damages that may come with transit, any damages to the packaging or box may result in the return being denied, please make sure to include tracking to be able to keep a record as we are not responsible for any items that are damaged or list in transit.

Damages and Issues

All of our items are authenticated by our team before being posted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items marked as Final sale or non-returnable will be included in the product description which means this sale is final and non returnable.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
