FAQs

When will my order be shipped?

Customers can expect to receive a tracking number within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order products typically require 3–4 business days to prepare, with affected products noted in their descriptions. Sneaker orders, particularly ‘Xpress’ items, are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days as these are pre-verified and prioritised for fast dispatch. All other sneaker orders will undergo a final authentication before shipping, which may add a small amount of handling time. Once shipped customers will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as their order is on the way. View Shipping Policy
